With the aim to promote the exchange of research experience among Peruvian and international scholars, the Master of Statistics, Applied Mathematics and Mathematics programs of the Pontifícia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) are organizing the III Jornada Internacional de Probabilidad  y Estadística (III JIPE).

As in previous editions; this III JIPE  will have plenary sessions by well-known scholars, invited conferences, mini courses, communications and poster presentations.

Scholars and professionals in the fields ranging from probability, statistics and affine areas  are welcome  to send their either theoretical and / or applied papers. Works are subject to prior approval from the Scientific Committee.

The conference  will be held at the campus of the Pontifícia Universidad Católica del Perú from August 13 to 15, 2014.
